Mortgage, LLC. is a Mortgage Broker located in Charlton, MA.
We want to add two motivated and productive loan officers to
our team. Although some leads will be provided, the ideal person
should be able to generate their own leads through referral
partners, past clients, and the marketing tools that we provide
to you.

- Being with a small office, you will always have direct access
to our processing staff and the branch manager who is in place
to make sure that the system runs smoothly and produces happy
clients at the end of the day.
Total
Control - You will have total control over the loan's rate,
yield and origination fee. You set the pricing for your clients
and make as much or as little money as you want.
Freedom
- Be free from managing compliance and paying state licensing
fees that are associated with running your own office. This
opportunity is for people who want to concentrate on closing
loans and not worry about running an office.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years loan origination experience
- Must have a home office set-up with PC and Internet access
- Must have a phone (cell is fine)
- Must be ethical an honest
- Must comply with all federal and state legal and regulatory
requirements
