For Salaried or Hourly Wages Borrowers

  • Last Two Years W-2
  • Two Most Recent Pay Stubs in Last 30 Days
  • Last Three Months Bank Statement
  • Appraisal Fee in the Form of Money Order, Certified Funds or Cash Payable to Appraiser
  • Copy of Deed
  • Copy of Prior Title Insurance Policy
  • Copy of Current Homeowner's Insurance Policy
  • Copy of Current Flood Insurance Policy when Applicable
     

 For Self Employed Borrowers

  • Same as above, except Income Documents which should be as
    follows:

  • Last Two Year Complete Tax Returns including Schedule A, B, C, E, 1120, 1120S when applicable.

  • Year to Date Financial Statement

  • Year to Date P&L (Profit & Loss)
